If your order has already been shipped, Ezrra accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. Once your parcel has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

We offer free express delivery on all Australian orders over $250. Orders under this value will be charged standard shipping rate of $15. Orders are usually shipped out next working day, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
