Full priced items – Eligible for a full refund or online store credit from the 14 days you have received your garment.
Sale or Promotion items – Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are final and not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty then we can offer a store credit note.
Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
- Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage.
- Australian customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return their order.
- International orders have 30 days from the date of delivered to return their order.
- Ezrra recommends traceable service when posting your return to reduce risk of lost parcels.
PLEASE NOTE: Ezrra Collection reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund, should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.
RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER
To start your return process email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and the details of your return. You will then be sent a return form that must be filled out and please include in your return parcel.
