Our return policy is 14 days from the date you receive your garment, after 14 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

All returns must be in the original condition as sent, the item must be unworn, not altered or washed & must have original tagging on it as well as the original packaging box.

A refund will be issued on any items that may be damaged, irreplaceable manufacturing fault. Please note that all garments are inspected very well before being packaged & dispatched. Ezrra Collection sends out all items in
brand new condition. Once you receive your order and suspect a manufacturing fault in the garment, you must contact Ezrra collection
immediately. Please email with subject of faulty & order number provided.

I accordance with the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) guidelines, if the garment has a minor fault we are required to repair the garment and send it back to you.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned to Ezrra Collection in 14 days from the date you received your item. The garment must be unworn, not altered or washed & must have original tagging on it as well as the original packaging box.

To complete your return please email with a description of your return.

Once your return is received by the Ezrra team, they will inspect and notify you by email approval or rejection of refund.
Note: Ezrra reserve all right to refuse refund or provide exchange if the item does not meet our requirements of our policy.

Any items purchased on sale are considered final, we do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items. If you wish to exchange your item to another size we are happy to arrange this for you.

Please note: For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not offer exchange or refunds on earrings, jewelry sets containing earrings or unsealed cosmetics.

If pre-order purchase has been made, you are not entitled for a refund until you have received the item. We do not offer refund for change of mind please note until your item has been received.

Please download and print a return slip, complete it and return with your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
