Please note, due to COVID-19 health protocols, there is a currently a 7 day quarantine on all returned items received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 calendar days once the item is received to process the refund.

RETURNS POLICY

Full priced items – Eligible for a full refund or online store credit from the 14 days you have received your garment.

Sale or Promotion items – Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are final and not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty then we can offer a store credit note.

RETURNS CONDITION

Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  •  Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage.
  • Australian customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return their order.
  • International orders have 30 days from the date of delivered to return their order.
  • Ezrra recommends traceable service when posting your return to reduce risk of lost parcels.

PLEASE NOTE:  Ezrra Collection reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund, should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.

RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER

To start your return process email returns@ezrra.com.au with your full name, order number and the details of your return. You will then be sent a return form that must be filled out and please include in your return parcel.

PRE ORDER

If pre -order purchase has been placed you are not entitled for a refund until you have received the item. We do not offer refund for change of mind please note until your item has been received.
